Paul-Nino has worked with children and secondary school students throughout his life, having both parents working in the education sector. Subject to this, he spent all of his teenage years helping in the childminding business teaching children aged 3–11 years old with their Mathematics and English skills following the EYFS, KS1, and KS2 academic guidelines.

Typically in-person hour-long sessions begin with a strong focus on his students’ approach to learning being in a curious, question-asking manner. He lays quality foundations for particularly younger students to take forward into their education. He encourages a desire to understand the reasonings behind mathematics and not simply create a memory game of numbers.

Following the EYFS structure, those students who are under 10 years of age might benefit from sessions focusing on the following:

- Achieving their early learning goals (efficient reading and writing), phonics (letters and sounds), and shared reading for their English development.

- Early number recognition, counting, number bonds, and pattern recognition for their Mathematics development.
