Brief teaching summary of experience by module/subject
Econometrics: I taught it for many years at both LSE and Oxford at both undergraduate and graduate levels.
Microeconomics: I taught it at LSE (EC202, MG431, MG207).
Macroeconomics: I lectured it at Sciences Po and taught it at Oxford.
Industrial Organization/Game Theory: I have deep understanding of game theory and how students learn it, and the common mistakes they make. I taught industrial organizations and game theory to third year students at both LSE and Oxford.
International Trade: I taught this at the University of Oxford but I have tutored it to quite a few students at the LSE and Warwick.
Finance and Accounting: I have taught Finance to third year students at Oxford and have intensively tutored financial and managerial accounting.
Investments: I have designed and taught short courses in Investment Strategies and portfolio management. I also manage a portfolio in the UK and have hands-on experience with the financial markets.
Student testimonial:
“He is the best teacher I have ever seen in Econometric classes. His explanation simplifies the underlying mechanism of the Metrix content. The lectures are usually too general and hard to put together, but Dr Panidha gives clear linkages between different difficult points, which is unforgettable. I wish we have him for all classes” — Anonymous student survey from the University of Oxford.
