Egzon is a Doctor of Education from The Johns Hopkins University, founder and CEO of a teaching and leadership development program in Prishtina, Kosova, and an internationally recognized social entrepreneur with over 10 years of teaching and training experience.

Dr. Egzon Gashi is an educator, social entrepreneur, and leadership development practitioner with a strong academic foundation in both politics/public policy and education. He earned his Doctor of Education from The Johns Hopkins University, where his research focused on teacher performance assessment and the development of more effective systems for supporting and evaluating teaching quality.

Alongside his work in education, Dr. Gashi’s academic background also includes politics and public policy, with earlier research focused on Balkan integration into the European Union at the University of Oxford. This interdisciplinary foundation allows him to support students across a wide range of subjects, including public policy, history, political science, international relations, civic education, and leadership development.

Dr. Gashi is the founder and CEO of a teaching and leadership development program based in Prishtina, Kosova, where he works to recruit, train, and support emerging leaders in education. Through this work, he has extensively trained young adults in leadership, communication, education, and professional skill-building, helping them develop the confidence and practical tools needed to lead in classrooms, communities, and public life.

He has over 10 years of teaching experience, including teaching at both the university and high school level. At the university level, he has taught public speaking and international relations, with a teaching style focused on clarity, critical thinking, student confidence, and the practical application of complex ideas.

His work brings together academic rigor, public leadership, and a deep commitment to helping young people strengthen their voice, analytical thinking, and leadership potential.
